Jeepin For Paws wouldn’t be possible without our volunteers. Every clean litter box, fresh bowl of food, load of laundry, adoption event, and quiet moment spent helping a shy cat feel safe makes a difference.Whether you can help regularly or just lend a hand from time to time, there are plenty of ways to get involved.
Ways You Can Help
Cat Care & Cleaning
Help with feeding, refreshing water, scooping litter boxes, cleaning and sanitizing cat areas, washing dishes, doing laundry, sweeping, and keeping our cats' spaces comfortable and clean.
Socializing Cats & Kittens
Some cats need snuggles. Others need playtime. And some simply need a patient person willing to sit nearby and help them learn that humans aren't so bad. Socialization is an important part of preparing our cats for their forever homes.
Events & Fundraisers
Help us set up, break down, staff booths, sell merchandise, talk with the public, assist with fundraisers, and represent Jeepin For Paws at community events.
Behind-the-Scenes Help
Rescue involves much more than caring for cats! We occasionally need help organizing supplies, preparing for events, assembling fundraising materials, completing small projects, and tackling the never-ending list of things that keep a rescue running. You Don't Need Rescue Experience You don't have to be an animal expert to volunteer with us. We're looking for dependable people who care about animals, are willing to learn, and aren't afraid to get their hands a little dirty. Some volunteer roles involve direct interaction with cats, while others don't. We'll help you find a way to contribute that fits your comfort level and our current needs.
